Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of bnidavangere.com and any registration or payment you make through it. The website trades as BNI Davangere and is owned and operated by Zerolabs Digitals, the registered legal entity (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept these terms.
1. Who you are contracting with
Your contract for any paid registration is with Zerolabs Digitals. Payments are collected and settled to Zerolabs Digitals, and tax invoices are issued in that name. The trading name BNI Davangere may appear on your bank or card statement alongside or in place of the legal name, depending on your bank.
2. Use of this website
- You may use this site for lawful purposes connected with our chapters and events.
- You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means at a rate that degrades it for others, or copy its content for commercial reuse without written permission.
- Information on the site is provided in good faith and may change without notice.
3. Event registration
- A registration is confirmed only once payment has been received in full and a confirmation has been issued to you.
- Passes are issued to the named individual and are not transferable unless we agree in writing.
- Where a photograph is required for a pass, you confirm you have the right to provide it and consent to its use on your pass, in the event gallery and on event screens.
- Certain passes are limited to BNI members; we may verify membership and cancel a registration that does not qualify, with a full refund.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is taken through a third-party payment gateway. We do not see or store your card or UPI credentials.
- If you need a GST invoice, provide your billing name, address and GSTIN at the time of registration. We cannot reissue an invoice with a GSTIN after the return for that period has been filed.
- If a price is displayed in error, we will contact you before taking payment, or refund you in full if payment has already been taken.
5. Changes to an event
We may change the programme, speakers, timings or venue of an event where circumstances require it. Where a change is material we will notify registered attendees. If an event is cancelled outright, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
6. Conduct at events
Attendees are expected to behave professionally and to follow the instructions of the organisers and the venue. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose conduct is unsafe, abusive or disruptive, without a refund.
7. Membership
Chapter membership is subject to application, availability of your business category and approval by the chapter’s membership committee, along with the membership terms of BNI. Nothing on this website is an offer of membership.
8. Intellectual property
The text, layout and graphics of this website belong to Zerolabs Digitals, except where marked otherwise. BNI® and Givers Gain® are registered trademarks of BNI Global, LLC. Sponsor and partner marks belong to their respective owners.
9. Liability
We are responsible for providing the event or service you have paid for. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or lost profit, and our total liability in connection with any registration is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Davangere, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
