Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 November 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Zerolabs Digitals (“we”, “us”), the registered legal entity that owns and operates the website bnidavangere.com under the trading name BNI Davangere, collects and handles personal information when you use this website or register for our events.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry, register you for an event, or meet a legal obligation:

  • Contact details — name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number.
  • Business details — business name, business category, chapter and region, where relevant to membership or an event.
  • Event registration details — pass type, the categories or regions you wish to meet, dietary or accessibility notes, and a photograph where you upload one for your event pass.
  • Billing details — billing name, address and GSTIN when you ask for a GST invoice.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and time of visit, collected automatically in server logs.

We do not store your full card number, CVV or UPI credentials. Card and UPI details are entered on our payment gateway’s own secure page and are handled by the gateway, not by us.

2. How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a chapter visit.
  • To process your event registration, issue your pass and send event logistics.
  • To build your one-to-one or networking schedule where an event offers one.
  • To process payments, issue invoices and keep tax records.
  • To send you updates about our chapters and events, where you have asked for them.
  • To keep the website secure and diagnose faults.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade mailing lists.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with parties who help us run this service, and only as far as they need it:

  • Payment gateways — to take and settle payments and process refunds.
  • Hosting, email and messaging providers — to run the website and send confirmations and reminders.
  • Event partners and venues — limited attendee details where needed to admit you to an event.
  • Professional advisers and authorities — our accountants, and any authority where disclosure is required by law.

4. Cookies

This website uses cookies and similar storage to keep your session working and to understand, in aggregate, how pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential parts of a registration flow may not work if you do.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for up to twenty-four months. Event registration records are kept for the duration of the event cycle and for as long as needed afterwards for support and accounting. Invoices and payment records are retained for the period required under Indian tax law. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.

6. How we protect it

The website is served over HTTPS. Access to registration and billing data is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is wrong or out of date;
  • delete information we no longer need to keep;
  • stop sending you marketing messages, at any time.

Write to hello@bnidavangere.com and we will respond within thirty days. We may need to confirm your identity first.

8. Children

This website and our events are intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen.

9. Third-party links

Our pages link to other websites, including our event microsites and the global BNI website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate; please read their policies separately.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date, and will apply from the date it is posted.
